1.Compliance framework
Structured Brick Wealth Bank maintains a three-lines-of-defence model: business teams own day-to-day controls, an independent compliance and risk function sets policy and monitors adherence, and internal audit tests effectiveness and reports to the Board.
Policies are reviewed at least annually, and after any material change in regulation, product design or threat landscape.
2.Anti-money-laundering programme
Our AML programme is risk-based and covers the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing monitoring to exit.
- Named compliance officer accountable for the programme
- Customer risk rating applied at onboarding and refreshed periodically
- Automated transaction monitoring with escalation to human review
- Sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening of customers and counterparties
- Suspicious activity reporting and, where required, account restriction
- Mandatory annual financial-crime training for all staff
3.Know Your Customer and identity verification
No account is activated before identity verification is complete. Registration collects legal name, date of birth, residential address, country, government identification number, a passport image and a profile photograph, which are reviewed against the identity documents provided.
Every registration remains pending until an administrator approves it. Enhanced due diligence applies to higher-risk profiles, and refreshed documentation may be requested during the relationship.
4.Data protection compliance
Our data handling is aligned with the GDPR and CCPA principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and accountability. Full detail is set out in our privacy notice.
- Records of processing activity and defined retention schedules
- Data-protection impact assessments for new high-risk processing
- Contractual safeguards with every infrastructure and service provider
- A documented process for handling data subject requests
5.Information security standards
Security controls follow ISO 27001 domains and are implemented technically at the database and application layer, not only by policy.
- Row-level security on every customer data table
- Privileged operations executed only through audited server-side functions
- Least-privilege role separation across customer, compliance and administrator access
- Hashed transaction PINs and masked card credentials
- Immutable audit trail of administrative actions
- Regular dependency and vulnerability scanning of the platform
6.Consumer protection and fair treatment
We are committed to fair, clear and non-misleading communication. Pricing, fees, foreign-exchange spreads and the total cost of credit are disclosed before you commit to an instruction, and again on your statement.
Lending decisions apply consistent affordability criteria, and we do not discriminate on protected characteristics.
7.Operational resilience and business continuity
Critical services are mapped to impact tolerances, with tested recovery procedures, monitored infrastructure and documented incident response. Material incidents are communicated to affected customers and, where applicable, to regulators.
8.Requesting documentation
Copies of our charter, licensing particulars, policy summaries and current fee schedules are available on written request through our contact page. Regulatory and law-enforcement enquiries should be addressed to the Global Compliance Office.
